Further useful information about Safe Products and our mail order service can be found below. If you cannot find the answer to your question, please contact the Safe Products office.
A: Delivery is £8.50+vat per parcel up to 20kgs + £1.25 per 5kgs over 20kgs. These charges apply to the UK mainland only. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and the Scilly Isles is £16+vat per parcel up to 10kgs + £1.80 per 2kgs over 10kgs. Delivery to the Isle of Wight is £6.00+vat up to 10kgs and £1.60 per 5kgs over 20kgs. For overseas delivery charges, please telephone the office (+44 1780 721460) for a quotation and further information about ordering overseas.
A: Orders placed by telephone are sent by our standard carriage service as detailed above and normally arrive between 1-3 working days. Express delivery for urgent orders can be arranged and will be quoted for separately. Please contact the office for details and to place such orders.
A: Should you decide you wish to return your order, you must do so within seven working days of receipt of the goods. The return of non-faulty goods can only be accepted provided they are in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. You are responsible for the safe return of the goods and this cost must be borne by you, the customer. Please notify Safe Products that the goods are to be returned and ensure they are accompanied by their original sales receipt number. A refund will be issued minus the carriage charge, only once we have received the goods in a satisfactory condition. Should you be in receipt of faulty goods, please contact the Safe Products office so that collection/replacement can be organised.
A: Orders can be cancelled prior to despatch free of charge. Orders cancelled after despatch will be subject to the terms outlined above (see What is Safe Products' returns policy?) for the return of non-faulty goods.
A: Refunds will be issued via the same payment method with which the order was placed. Please allow up to 10 working days for it to be credited.
